The company, founded in 1969 and based in Willstätt-Sand in Southern Germany, manufactures industrial plugs and socket-outlets in compliance with the MARECHAL technology.

ISV manufactures according to European and international standards and is a member of the international Butt-contact Electrical Connectors Manufacturers' Association BECMA . The company quality management system is certified to the DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 standard.

The design of new MARECHAL products is based on state-of-the-art technologies and often anticipates future developments in standards and regulations. The emphasis is always on the market with its extremely wide range of application conditions. The capacity range covers plugs and socket-outlets from milli-amperes to 700A and from 12V to 1000V. An extensive range of versions is possible: decontactors with an integral switching device, waterproof IP 67, explosion-proof according to ATEX, heat-resistant, auto-ejecting, multipin, EMC ...
