Marechal plugs and socket-outlets are fitted with silver-nickel butt contacts offering corrosion resistance and long product life even under extreme conditions of use. They provide maximum safety, quick and easy operation as well as innovation and competitiveness.

Marechal plugs and sockets guarantee conformity with the IEC EN 60309-1 standard as well as with the Low-Voltage Directive.

The butt contact system is the basis of Marechal Decontactors. The Decontactor is a plug and socket with an integral switching device allowing to break loads up to 250 A in complete safety. > See the animation
